" We can do better!"

After 23 years in local media including leadership roles at the San Diego Union-Tribune, San Diego Daily Transcript, and now publisher of Our City San Diego I have been involved with many local issues largely for the benefit of growing my publication and increasing readership.

After doing this for years I have come to realize that little changes. A lot of great ideas are presented,  there are many great discussions and stories, but little in the way of solutions or real change. I want to make a difference and bring solutions.

I've lived here for over 30 years and want San Diego to be great for my kids and everybody else's kids in the future. For this to happen we need to adapt, create some changes, and make some improvements. Its not all bad. I just think we can do better.
